¿Do you think I have style?

Let me know what you think. I have just finished re-creating my website. I am wondering if which you think looks better, is more accessible… etc. Also, please let me know if you think that any colors or anything such as that do not look good. If you are using an older IE browser… ignore the logo (I will change the background color) although it shouldn’t show up. Anyways, thanks in advance for checking it out.
