Just driving

So I went out driving tonight. I guess I just needed to clear my head. I guess it's kind of expensive way to clear my head (with gas over $3.50 per gallon). I found a little area behind Geiger Heights. I kept seeing the Spokane city lights off in the distance, and hoping that I could find a road that lead somewhere that would over look them. I left my homework behind at my hall, and now I should really get back to it.

All of our lives are series’ of brief snapshots jumbled yet fitting together like pieces of a puzzle. Have you ever had one of those moments with a friend, where you see them say or do something, and it show’s you who they are? Or looked at a picture, that spoke volumes? “My Life” is meant to be a window into just who Jacob really is, giving those out there a few snapshots.

Me, I'm just an average guy, who is not always so average. I desire to live my life to the fullest extent that I can. I want to lose everything that I am, and fall into what God has for my life. I work so that my life might be one of well thought out reckless abandonment. I go to school full time. I work part time with broken young men. I volunteer my time. I am active in my church. I’m the Team Leader for NCM, the Christian Club on campus. I am not going to school to get a good job, I don't date. I love people, and hope to someday work in the community. I care a lot about our government. So much of the time I feel like I am juggling to much. And really, I'm just me. I’m very reachable, so go ahead and contact me I enjoy meeting new people.
